Peter Katz of the Westchester County Business Journal has confirmed that Kite Realty has sold the retail portion of the City Center. Katz reported the Center was sold for $50 Million, but declined to name the purchaser.

The garage portion of the City Center is currently owned by the City of White Plains which purchased it in February of this year.
