WPCNR CITY HALL CIRCUIT. From The Mayor’s Office. May 29, 2016:

Tomorrow–Monday’s Memorial Day Parade has been cancelled due to the prediction of inclement weather.

An e-mail to the media released at 9 P.M. Sunday evening said a Memorial Service in “honor of the fallen” would be held indoors at City Hall at 10 A.M.
