The vinyl miracle, we believe saves millions and disruption of neighborhoods from digging up roads and replacing the sewer pipelines. While the sewer is being reconditioned, a temporary drain is fixed to each residence house-to-sewer pipe to carry off effluent from the house. Homes are not supposed to use plumbing for six hours during the process.
