The Cambria Suites Hotel on Main Street in White Plains is now open, according to the Reservations Desk, as the lights of interior chandeliers and several occupied rooms showed Monday night in White Plains. It is the first promised hotel construction project to open in White Plains since the Ritz-Carlton opened in November, 2007.
