ArtsWestchester, the City of White Plains, and the White Plains BID will presenting the White Plains JazzFest 2013 from Friday, Sept. 6 thru Sunday, Sept. 8.
This 2nd annual event will have two ticketed events as well as free events. Space is very limited for the ticketed events and we don’t want you to miss out on any of the great music.
