JANUARY 10,2010: Calling hours for White Plainsians to pay their respects to the Councilman for All Seasons, Robert Ruger, "Mr. White Plains," are Thursday Jan. 14 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Ave., White Plains. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday Jan. 16 at the White Plains Presbyterian Church, 39 N. Broadway, White Plains.
